At Found Again, we aim to dispatch every order quickly and securely so your vintage finds arrive safely and on time.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we take care in preparing and packaging every order before dispatch.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.


UK Delivery

Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.


International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 5–14 working days

International delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing
  • Local courier services
  • Seasonal delays
  • Destination country

Tracking Information

Tracked shipping is provided on most orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information where applicable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes
  • Additional handling charges

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Unfortunately, Found Again has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcels

Any additional shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount or charged before reshipment.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Found Again
  • Claims for lost parcels may require investigation time before refunds or replacements can be issued

Vintage & Sustainable Packaging

At Found Again, we aim to minimise waste wherever possible.

Your order may arrive in:

  • Recycled packaging
  • Reused shipping materials
  • Low-waste protective packaging

We believe extending the life of clothing should also include making more responsible packaging choices.


Delivery Refusals & Returned Orders

If an order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or failed delivery attempts, the original shipping costs and any return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
